When do i need RSVP by?

I'm a student, what time do i need to be there?
All students need to arrive at 1:30pm for registration
What time do doors open?
The doors for friends and family will open at 2:00pm.
How many guests can i bring and do they sit with me?
You are welcome to bring up to 4 guests to the ceremony. If you wish to bring more than 4 please contact us on graduation@techtorium.ac.nz or call us on 09 529 7523.
Graduates are required to sit in the front rows.
Your guests will be seated in the section behind the graduates.
What is the dress code for graduation?
Your graduation ceremony is a formal celebration, the dress code is formal. You will need a Techtorium gown and stole. You may wear culturally appropriate adornment, like korowai or garlands over your gown.
Where can I hire my regalia?
Gowns are available for rent at Techtorium Level 3, 182 Broadway, Newmarket. Please fill out the form attached on the back page.
How much is a regalia and where do I pay?
Regalia’s are $50. Payment is due upon pickup. The price includes a $30 hire fee and a $20 refundable bond which you will receive once the gown has been returned.

What if I or my family need special assistance?
If you or one of your guests need special assistance, please contact us at graduation@techtorium.ac.nz. There is a ramp and disability parking at Gate 2. Please refer to page 2.
What if I cannot attend graduation?
If you cannot attend graduation you can graduate in absentia. You can either collect your certificate from Techtorium or we can arrange to have it sent to you. Please email us on graduation@techtorium.ac.nz by the 27th of March.
