New Zealand Diploma in IT Technical Support (Level 5)

  • Understand cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure

We have a team of Industry Pathways Managers whose primary role is to bridge the gap between our  New Zealand Diploma in Software Development and the IT industry. Software developers may progress to become senior developers, software architects, or IT managers. Software developers can specialise in the development, maintenance or enhancement of certain programs and software. They can also work in a range of areas including:

  • Web and mobile application development
  • Computer games
Massey University, College of Sciences and Techtorium have an Articulation Agreement. The Agreement sets the terms and understanding between Massey University, College of Sciences and Techtorium NZIIT as follows:

The agreement provides an opportunity for Techtorium graduates, who have completed the Diploma information Systems (Level 5) and the NZ Diploma in Software Development (Level 6) programme to transfer credits towards the Massey University, Bachelor of Information Sciences – Information Technology major. This understanding also allows graduates to complete 120 credits towards the Bachelor of Information Sciences – Information Technology major at Massey University.

With the successful completion of the degree requirements the students will then become eligible to graduate with full recognition of the bachelor qualification. So far, we have successfully sent 13 Techtorium Graduates through the Massey University bachelor's programme.
