Graduation 2024 is here! Please fill out the RSVP form below to confirm your attendance. Please RSVP by the 21st of June. We look forward to celebrating with you on July 19th from 2:30 pm.

You are welcome to bring up to 5 guests to the ceremony. If you wish to bring more than five, please email your request to graduation@techtorium.ac.nz
Seating for graduates is allocated. Your guests will be seated in the section behind the graduates.
Yes, parking will be available in the main car park accessed from Entry 1 on Shakespeare Road Extension or via Entry 2 on Wairau Road (See map on page 2). We will also have parking wardens
on hand to direct you when you arrive.

Your graduation ceremony is a formal celebration so dress to impress! You may wear culturally appropriate adornments, like korowai or garlands over your graduation gown.
All students need to arrive at 12:30pm for registration. Doors open for guests to be seated at 1:00pm
Gowns are available for hire at Techtorium Level 3, 182 Broadway, Newmarket. Please fill out the Academic Gown Hire Form attached and bring it with you when you collect your gown. The hire cost is $50.00. This price includes a $30.00 hire fee and a $20.00 refundable bond which you will receive once the graduation gown has been returned.
Pick up:
- Tuesday, 14th April between 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Wednesday, 15th April between 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Thursday, 16th April between 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Monday, 20th April between 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday, 21st April between 8:00am - 4:00pm
The ceremony will be for 2 hours. Our estimated finish time is 4pm.
You are welcome to leave straight after and celebrate with your friends and family!
It would be a shame if you cannot join us however, you can graduate in absentia. Diplomas will be made available for collection from Techtorium anytime between 08:00am - 4:00pm from Monday 20th April.
