This year with Covid 19, we have had to think hard about how we can hold the 2020 Graduation Ceremony but still be within the limits on the numbers of people who can gather at events. The celebrations will take place on-site at Techtorium and we will be live streaming so friends and families can watch from the comfort of their homes. A link will be sent to you closer to the graduation date with instructions on how they can log on.
We love the pomp and ceremony of inviting you all to a venue to celebrate together with us in the same space, however the new normal means we have to find a new way to celebrate and stay safe.
Your graduation ceremony is a formal celebration, the dress code is formal. You will need a Techtorium gown and stole. You may wear culturally appropriate adornment, like korowai or garlands over your gown.
Good news ! For this graduation you don’t need to pay for the hiring of the gown. You will be provided with a gown at registration which will need to be handed back to a Techtorium staff member on the same day after the ceremony. You will be provided with plenty of photo opportunities with the gown.
If you cannot attend graduation we will graduate you in absentia. You can either collect your certificate from Techtorium or we can arrange to have it sent to you. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stay home and stay safe. You will be able to view the ceremony online and you can either collect your certificate from Techtorium at a later stage or we can arrange to have it sent to you
