For the first time Techtorium IT courses are now also available in Christchurch.
The New Zealand Institute of Information Technology (Techtorium) is recognised as a NZQA Category 1 tertiary provider and has been operating successfully in Auckland since 2004. Due to high demand and in collaboration with the New Zealand IT industry, Techtorium is now in Christchurch and opening a new central city campus.
From short, three-day NCEA credit courses, to full time Level 5 – 7 courses, students will learn the skills needed in the IT industry and meet the real world demands of current IT employers. Techtorium is proud to have a 99% completion rate across all its courses and to place 95% of their graduates either into full time employment or further study, making it the highest performing IT training provider in New Zealand.
July 9 – 11 | Level 3 | 10 credits
Protect and defend your network. This three day course focuses on technologies, processes and practices designed to protect networks, computers, programs and data from attack, damage or unauthorised access. Students will learn about the latest developments in cyber security, gain new skills and find out what it takes to get a job in the IT industry!
July 16-18 | Level 3 | 9 credits
Kick off with CODE Programming. On this three day course students will gain new skills in programming and create a variety of applications using programming languages. On completion of this course students can progress to CODE Games and CODE Artificial Intelligence. Learn new skills, gain credits and find out more about possible careers in the IT industry!
